Membership scope: Portland membership includes CREW Network, member event pricing and members-only events. Affiliate route is for companies supplying CRE products or services.
Cadence: Programs and annual golf, CorksCREW and Forecast Breakfast events. A fixed general monthly meeting schedule was not established.
Training: The past January–July 2026 Future Leaders cohort accepted nonmembers: $25 students/$75 members/$125 nonmembers after acceptance, with sliding scale/scholarships and five-of-seven-session attendance encouraged. This is not a current open enrollment offer.
Activity scope: The October 16 PWA career day is for high-school students and requires application/permission. It establishes local activity, not a general professional guest option.
