About
Help any Portlander choose one right room, this month, with confidence about cost, access, and fit, based on info checked against organizer sources.
How we check listings
- Organizer-first. Organizer pages take priority. Aggregators can flag, never confirm.
- Manual reviews. Source checked means the page was reviewed, not that attendance or availability is guaranteed.
- Unknown stays unknown. Conflicts stay visible. Unverified dates, times, or venues can block calendar export.
- Freshness. Group facts are re-verified within 90 days. Past events expire. Stale profiles get badged.
What verified means
Verified means a fact was checked against the organizer's own source (site, registration page, or direct reply) and the check date is recorded. It is not a guarantee of attendance, availability, or experience.
Corrections
Suggest a correction if you spot an error. Corrections are triaged, checked against the organizer source, then updated or rejected with a reason. Target: acknowledge within 1 business day, resolve or answer within 5 business days. This target is not a guarantee. Organizers can propose corrections, never gain publish rights. Editorial is not for sale. Payment never buys ranking, wording, or a verified badge.
Correction intake: email the editor at [email protected] with the profile name, the field to correct, what is wrong, what the correct value should be, and the organizer source for the correct value. Do not send sensitive personal information (IDs, payment details, private addresses, private messages).
What we measure
This guide uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page view counts only. No cookies, no personal data, no advertising trackers, no personal-data forms. Outbound click and filter-use reporting is not sent to any analytics provider until beacon event support is confirmed. See Privacy for details.
